Softly, gently

Soaring

Unobscured

By clouds

Your truth

And honesty

Warm me up

Inside

The way sunshine

Sets me free

On a beautiful day

Moment to moment, time flows by like a river

Is it an illusion, or an aspect of time we have

Come to know, ingrained in our perception

Without any question, we take it for granted

Because I am forever in the present moment

I remain always in the here and now, ageless

And eternal, unaffected by time, my existence

Undefined by the past and the future, I trust

What is happening now, is all there is, and

I believe that it is everlasting, ever timeless

Without beginning or end, moment after moment

Unfolding, I let go, I am living in timelessness

With feelings of gratitude

I search and find, sunshine

Describes my daily attitude

It’s like my sunny disposition

Takes hold of me,  the key

That starts up my ignition

Seeing the world through eyes

Mesmerized by happiness

Brightens the darkest skies

Pure expressions of delight

Bring bliss, a sense of joy

Changes everything in my sight
