Translate to say so very much.

It can all happen in less than a minute.

The goal is to be always present in it.

Changes will come sweeping us away.

Swept up in the course of each passing day.

Another day in our history.

Of moments that hold great mystery.

We have very busy lives.  Lives that are consumed with more commitments than we can handle.  We work too much. We say yes too often.  Our time is divided into more pieces than a jigsaw puzzle.  Where is the focus?

Making choices helps us to choose what is important.  We separate the things that are important from the not so important items.  Are your days filled with the activities that move you along, towards your goals?

Every moment offer us the opportunity to take action.  Any little step we can take counts.  Reading and learning more about the skills and experience we may need.  A drive by the building we want to work at or plan to own someday.  Going to an inspiring live performance by someone who motivates us.  Reaching out to communicate with our heroes.  They may not reciprocate but that does not matter.

Observe your world, your environment, and your life by slowing down so you can take it all in.  Absorb it.  Understand it.  Spend your time diving into your dreams and exploring your passions.  Turn them into goals by assigning them a time line.  Say goodbye to anything that distracts you, preventing you from success.

Starting here. Starting now.  Put the pieces together, one by one, walking the walk.  Find the information your need to gain knowledge.  The knowledge to make intelligent decisions.

Focus on you where you to go and the path will appear…

No one truly stands alone.  Behind everyone there is a team.  Sometimes the team has  a high profile and the members are all well known.  In many cases, the team works behind the scenes supporting the person, project, or purpose.  Teams should be a collection of the best talent you can find!

Assembling great teams takes time and awareness.  Team members must be chosen based on their individual skills and talents.  Each member should bring something unique that both satisfies the needs of the project  and complements the other team members.  Combining these highly specialized individuals towards a focused vision or desired outcome yields results that are greater than the sum of the parts.

We see it at great sporting events where amazing stories of “the little team that couldn’t” defeats the top defenders.  Olympic upsets!  Historic rivalries like the Red Sox vs. the Yankees.  Teams assembled for one purpose….to win…a victory!  Behind great tennis players, golfers, and figure skaters is a team of virtual unknowns.  Each one performs their role in support of the star, front guy, or big player.  So, even here “individual” solo sports are “team sports.”  There are teams in business and sports that seem to win almost every time.  What can the secret behind their successes be?  A great leader?  A focused vision? 

We are all on teams in life.  Families need to come together like a team.  At work and at play we participate on teams.  Come to understand the role you play on these teams.  Seek to be part of teams that offer you the chance to grow, learn, and experience new opportunities.  Learn to assemble the players who help you in reaching your true potential.

Team members need to check their egos at the door for the good of the group. 

Teams seek solutions!  Great teams orchestrate exceptional results together! 

The great players know how to create winning teams!!
