: "A Fire In The Sky"
  1. “A Fire In The Sky”

    In the evening

When the light of day is leaving

    My eyes

    Stare into the western skies

    Colors unfold

Richer than a jackpot of gold

    Sometimes clouds

Are like a mystery that shrouds

    A beautiful painting

As the last light of day is fainting

    The setting sun

    Parades like watercolors in motion

    On the horizon

I see the pale moon rising

    Fading light

Ushers in the first stars of night

    One last ember

All that remains of today to remember

    Finally goodbye

Darkness dispels a fire in the sky
