Being unique, each and every one of us has different life experiences. Therefore, our perceptions and interpretations of what makes for a quality life, differs as well. Although the quality of something is subjective, there are characteristics which define and distinguish anything of excellence.
We seek excellence in our relationships. We aspire to greatness at our jobs, in our careers, and with our incomes. I am not talking about expected qualities here. Nor am I referring to measured qualities such as our health and standard of living.
I am talking about the use of “fresh ingredients” as our content. Are we providing people with essential and distinct products that fill their needs in an exceptional way? Do we provide great information that guides people to make clearly informed decisions?
The quality of our offerings needs to be honest and transparent! We need to source our content from the best. Treat customers to something unexpected….an extra….a special service…go beyond your normal offerings. I call our shop “the living room” and thus tell our customers to relax, get comfortable, move around the furniture(all very mobile), sit on the floor, eat, drink, and so on…be at home. Welcome them into your “home.”
Do the things that the “other guys” don’t! Go beyond!!!!
Be defined by your willingness to offer excellence in everything you do!
Set new standards for skills and services!
Where quantity can be measured, quality is to be experienced.
