One can lead with an iron fist. Demanding much from others while actually giving little of themselves. Intimidating and overpowering people may make a person seem powerful and mighty, but great leadership is earned through admiration and respect.
Great leaders know they must be the change they want to see in others. Great leaders are made not born! The constant commitment to bettering themselves and the lives of the people they will come to touch. I am so inspired by pioneering leaders, that I cannot keep myself from following their paths. I am grateful to have their influence in my life. If you look around there are great leaders in all the areas of our lives. Great business innovators! Uplifting spiritual leaders! Inspiring communicators! Strong family members! And gifted teachers who leave their imprint upon us!
